Our Senior Recruitment Managers play a vital role in leading teams by demonstrating success as a player and coach. In your first few months, you'll apply your industry knowledge and experience to generate business opportunities, place candidates and offer mentorship to those around you, while transitioning into a team leadership role.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you’ll be building a strategic business development plan with leadership to drive revenue growth all while guiding and encouraging a team of early talent associates on best practices. Additionally, you'll be working closely with other vertical leads driving cross-sells of all Phaxis offerings.
- Mentor, manage and train associate-level 360 recruiters within the F&A Technology space
- Offer learning opportunities for team members through having associates shadow your client meetings, candidate calls, and other relevant recruitment activities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships while growing existing relationships, executing on a strategic business development plan
- Identify and pipeline candidates, helping others replicate similar workflows
- Present qualified candidates to clients while sharing relevant feedback with team
- Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation while helping others close deals
Qualifications

- Base Salary, Commission Structure, Quarterly and Annual Bonus Plan (OTE $120,000-$250,000)
