As Infinity Home Service’s (IHS) Technology Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions to our organization, focused largely on helping newly acquired companies migrate to new technology solutions. As an essential part of the Technology team and reporting to the Director of Product Delivery, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our employees are trained and supported in all of our technology solutions such as our CRM, Sales Quoting Tools, and Production Management software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training:
- Create training materials including videos, playbooks, and SOPs, that will be used in live and remote training sessions for technology implementations
- Conduct training for technology users and support virtual and in-person training sessions on various platforms
- Measure and track the success of various training methods and recommend changes for future approach
- Serve as a thought leader, contributing to and influencing everything that we do
Business Support:
- Provide one on one support for nuanced technology training and assistance needs as identified by the team
- Assist with gathering business requirements and translate those needs into system requirements and training solutions
- In partnership with others from the technology team, assess business processes and ensure the proposed IHS solutions fit existing processes when possible
- Act as a technology partner and resource to the broad IHS team
- Support and organize communication to all brands and companies, ensuring smooth interactions and clarity around basic questions and concerns with implementations
- Provide hyper care support to users following implementations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of technology deployment and training experience
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and drive results to foster win-win solutions for both the short term and long term
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization and present with confidence
- Self-motivated, team player approach to jump in assist the team where needed
- Experience working with a decentralized business preferred
- Experience with CRM launches and implementations helpful
- Prior experience with Zoho a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time regularly and occasionally up to 50% in the US and Canada.
LOCATION:
- While we are seeking the best candidate for this position based anywhere in the US, preference will be given to individuals who can work in our Brookfield, WI office or in the Columbia, MD area.
