The person hired for this position will need to have the following:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· Know and can manage Windows Operating Systems
· Possess knowledge of Mac Operating Systems
- Can provision, manage, and operate computer systems, networks, security, databases, storage systems, gateways and more
- Have ability to handle Routing & Switching
- Understand all aspects of Office 365 and how to set up, maintain and update as needed
- Control, update and delete from Azure and Active Directory as needed
- Knowledge and experience maintaining WordPress websites
· Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
· Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have 5 years of experience as a network administrator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage computer infrastructure, such as routers, switches, and cables, that support the company's computer networks.
· Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting operating systems, Servers, Switches, Backups, hardware, software, printers, peripherals, etc.
· Complete assigned administrative functions related to webhosting, cloud providers, servers, network, VPN, Firewall, etc.
· Technical aspects of Google for advertising backend functions
· Responsible for daily technical tasks and support functions impacting staff and students.
· Responsible for compliance, policies, and standards.
· Solve any technical environment challenges.
· Administer staff/student accounts, email addresses, access levels to new and existing users.
· Onboard new hires hardware and software including setting up new credentials, computers, operating systems, applications, and emails.
· Offboard employees who leave the ministry by removing access to services and resources.
· Wireless infrastructure indoor and outdoor.
· Set up, maintain and take down Internet systems and hardware for events campuswide to include Family Fun Day, cafe, concessions, gate and other events that require payment. Will work in conjunction with the BO on these.
· Responsible for upkeep and set up of copy machines and the phone system. Additionally, will be responsible for installing wiring, projectors, Promethean boards, etc. or any other hardware on campus.
