Mosaic Companies is searching for a Showroom Sales Manager to join our team in Miami.This is a seasoned managerial position in the Sales Area. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Showroom. This position is also responsible for ensuring clients receive the best customer service while adhering to Company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a daily comprehensive evaluation of open orders, quotes, and sales performance by the showroom team.
- Ensure the customer information in the SPS system is completed for each visit and the sales team follows up accordingly.
- Prioritize the training and development of the sales team under company procedures.
- Manages the client visitation program alongside the showroom sales team, ensuring timely visits on designated days with proper samples and binders. Monitors the visitation route and conducts follow-up meetings with representatives to guarantee optimal customer service and maximize sales opportunities. Prepares schedule for direct report team members, including Saturday rotation and PTO.
- Provide guidance to the sales team on the showroom floor and assist with high-profile clients.
- Establishes discount rates and special pricing plans, verifies promotions or special offers according to predetermined criteria, or in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, based on account volume or type.
- Assists the Regional Sales Manager in preparing month-end closing forecasts
- Exercises supervisor authority in staffing, performance reviews, and training personnel for assigned areas. Makes recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, and terminations which require prior approval by senior management.
- Enforces company policy regarding materials on hold, special orders, returns, and other important disclaimers daily for assigned showroom sales representatives.
OPERATION RELATED TASKS
- Inspect the general conditions of the showroom to ensure it is maintained clean and orderly. Ensures that a checklist of the showroom conditions is done daily.
- Oversees that the Reception area is always covered. In the absence of the receptionist, coordinate coverage of the reception with other trained personnel according to established procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the receptionist, cashier, sample room, and shipping department to maintain daily deliveries of orders and sample requests to customers.
- Stays current with the availability of the Sales team members to attend clients and/or phone calls requested by the receptionist.
CUSTOMER SERVICE-RELATED TASKS
- Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Ensures that the clients receive the best customer service while adhering to Company policies.
- Maintain communication with the Regional Sales Manager informing of any issues and requests; resolve conflict expeditiously.
MARKETING RELATED TASKS
- Attends various association events on every level (high-end groups, installers, and fabricators) to develop customer relationships and gather leads, when needed.
