Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Demand Marketing Manager who is skilled in developing engaging content and running successful digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on driving awareness and adoption of our products across various digital platforms, ensuring that our unique value propositions resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in demand marketing within a tech-centric environment, preferably with exposure to SaaS, supply chain, and eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products to increase market penetration and customer engagement.
- Create compelling, informative, and effective content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital ads per strategy set forth by senior content strategist.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to craft messaging that aligns with customer needs and market trends. This includes scripting, planning, and coordinating the execution of training videos, customer testimonials, product features and demos, and more.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new customer acquisition.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, measuring performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Provide insights into product positioning, key benefits, and target customer segments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure that all aspects of product launches are coherent and aligned with broader business goals.
- Build out email campaign workflows for various ICP targets that educate them on our value proposition and help nurture them from prospect to customer.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our online channels.
- Create and manage Recommerce marketplace campaigns to optimize product resale opportunities and increase revenue streams.
- Plan and execute advertising placements and purchases across various digital platforms to ensure optimal exposure and engagement.
- Coordinate product channel sales groups to streamline distribution and maximize sales across different platforms.
- Generate and nurture B2B buyer leads through targeted campaigns and personalized outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in demand marketing, ideally within the SaaS, supply chain, or ReCommerce sectors.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to distill complex products into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing tools and systems such as HubSpot.
