Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Myrick Moving Company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of moving services. As well as working alongside crew members to perform residential and commercial moving services.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, logistics, and staff supervision
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Previous experience in the moving or transportation industry is a plus
