About the Role: As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand, overseeing all marketing efforts to elevate Saglo’s market presence, attract tenants and investors, and support business growth. You’ll lead strategy, manage content creation, and craft compelling communications that tell the Saglo story. This is a hands-on role where creativity, strategic thinking, and execution come together to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with Saglo’s business goals, focusing on brand awareness and growth.
- Brand Management: Lead the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance recognition and reputation across all channels.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for newsletters, social media, the website, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
- Public Relations: Manage PR activities, including vendor relations, media outreach, press releases, and events, to build and maintain a strong public image.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy and drive decision-making.
- Client & Investor Engagement: Develop communication strategies to attract and retain tenants and investors, ensuring Saglo’s value is communicated effectively.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors including PR agencies, web developers, designers, and advertising agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Website Management: Oversee the company’s website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with Saglo’s brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills and creative thinking, with the ability to produce impactful content across digital and traditional platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Microsoft Excel, CRM software, social media, and WordPress.
- Experience managing public relations and media outreach.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
