A brand specialized in unique outdoor and sun-damage ware is looking for a Growth, Ecommerce manager to join their team.
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join our team and help us grow! In this role, you’ll dive deep into performance analytics and propose innovative solutions to boost our revenue and improve the customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to shape key strategies that directly impact our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze & Identify Growth Opportunities:
- Use a variety of tools to track performance and spot areas for improvement.
- Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console
- Microsoft Bing, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
- Shopify Analytics
- Klaviyo for email marketing
- SEMrush (or similar SEO tools)
- Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Adtomic
- Tableau & Power BI for data visualization
- And any other tools necessary to drive success!
Strategize & Innovate:
- Propose changes to existing processes or develop new strategies to optimize business performance. Example projects include:
- Improving customer journey flow on Shopify by identifying and fixing drop-off points.
- Designing and launching a loyalty program.
- Enhancing email segmentation to boost revenue.
- Reviewing and improving SEO strategies with semantic changes.
Collaborate & Execute:
- Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer to develop a roadmap for implementing your ideas, prioritizing based on business impact, budget, and resources. Partner with the eCommerce team to turn your strategies into action.
Your Impact:
Your work will directly contribute to increasing our revenue and improving gross margins, driving growth for the company.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years minimum related work experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related role is required
• Prior experience with Shopify platform required
• Experience in the retail, wholesale, CPG and/or fashion/apparel industry highly preferred
• Exceptional time management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
• Ability to influence and interact with senior management
• Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Actively listens and participates within a team environment
