Bilingual HR Generalist
Miami, Fl, 33126 (onsite 5 days a week)
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and help us enhance our HR functions and support our growing workforce. This person will need to be bilingual English/ Spanish. This role can be part time or full time and is 5 days a week onsite in Miami by the airport.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including understanding and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, and creating effective action plans. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate HR background and be adept at managing multiple responsibilities while supporting the overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement action plans to address HR-related challenges and improve overall HR processes.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and propose HR solutions.
- Assist in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
- Ability to work onsite in Miami 5 days a week.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop action plans and implement effective HR solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time option
- Able to work at least 5 hours a day Monday through Friday.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and candidate availability.
Compensation:
- The pay for this role is $25 an hour, paid every Friday. Can opt in for Dental, Vision and 401k.
