Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our data management team. The role involves accurately inputting and maintaining data for our clients, ensuring data quality, and supporting various departments in accessing clean, organized data for their operations.

Responsibilities:
- As a Data Entry Analyst, you will maintain database by entering and updating customer and account information.
- Input data from source documents into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and report any inconsistencies or issues.
- Maintain data entry and database systems by regularly updating data.
- Organize and store paper documents and source data in a proper filing system.
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis tasks as needed.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by following data entry and company policies.
- Respond to data-related inquiries or requests from colleagues or superiors.
- Perform data backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.

Security Clearance/Investigation:
- T-3 Investigation/Tier II
Skillset Preferred:
- Knowledge of MHS (Military Health System) policy and regulations governing Accounts Receivable business processes. Experience with Military Health system (MHS)/Defense Health Agency (DHA)
