- Manage customer care procedures and serve as the point of contact for customer service
- Schedule staff using available resources and technology to maximize efficiency
- Resolve issues between clients and caregivers in a timely and professional manner
- Support the hiring and onboarding process of new employees
- Provide valuable feedback on how to improve processes
4 Seasons Home Care provides high-quality, reliable in-home care for clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area. We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join the team at our Dunwoody location. Our Care Coordinators foster relationships with our clients and match them with our CNAs & PCAs. Additionally, they manage and coordinate our staff's schedules to ensure each client is properly cared for.

Our Ideal Care Coordinator:
- Experience: 1+ years of scheduling for home care, hospice, health care, or similar roles. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. An associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
- Compassionate & Empathetic: A heart for your community and a desire to provide valuable services. Willing to partner with clients who may be going through challenging life transitions.
- Committed: Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with an on-call rotation to coordinate last-minute changes in scheduling (approximately one weekend per month, occasional after-hours calls).
- Adaptable: Able to navigate changes to the schedule and problem-solve scheduling challenges to ensure all clients receive excellent care.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and provide support while handling client & caregiver concerns professionally.
- Confident: Provides accountability to the caregivers when working their scheduled shifts. Willing to ask questions if there is a call-off, scheduling change request, or tardiness issue.
- Computer Skills: Familiar with Google Workspace. The ability to learn new technology. Experience with WellSky ClearCare is a plus.
