Apex Systems has an opening for a Customer Research Analyst with a Nashville, TN based client. Candidates should be willing & able to work in our client's Nashville area office 3x per week.
Location: Nashville, TN Metro Area.
- Hybrid: 3 days/weekly in office

Responsibilities:
- Use customer data to help identify opportunities for improvement of customer journey and experience on digital platforms.
- Work cross functionally with various stakeholders across the company to identify customer data needs and provide insights, analytics, dashboarding, or reporting support
- Identify business opportunities utilizing various customer data insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in order to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform product development, marketing campaigns, and customer service improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and customer insights.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Consumer Analytics, Digital Optimization and Experimentation, or similar.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment, or similar.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Comfortability with designing and analyzing A/B tests. (Google Analytics, Optimizely)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, preferably SQL.
- Familiarity with Heat Mapping for Digital Optimization.
- Ability to summarize business problems and develop analysis to provide solutions or recommendations
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
