This is a commission based career. We provide "startup” compensation up to $25K in the first year, in addition to enhanced commissions the first three years while you build your business. With Northwestern Mutual, you control your earning potential. What you put in, is what you get out. To give you an idea, our top advisors earn between $75K-$150K in their first year and advisors 5+ years in the business earn on average $650k.
