Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends and assess the competitive landscape.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, conducting site visits, and coordinating with external advisors.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage portfolio company performance, including financial reporting and strategic planning.
- Support senior team members in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.

Qualifications:
