Jonah Ventures (jonahventures.com) is currently searching for a full-time research associate to assist our growing environmental DNA sequencing lab in Boulder, CO. Jonah Ventures performs next generation sequencing and quantitative PCR analyses on environmental DNA samples to help clients answer environmental questions. Job responsibilities will include a mix of lab responsibilities but focus on PCR amplification for next generation sequencing and/or quantitative PCR. Other responsibilities will include sample management, extraction of DNA, and running gels. Experience with automated liquid handling machines and laboratory information management systems beneficial.
