We are hiring a Senior Consultant for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice for long-term project work at an existing client of ours. As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development. You will need to have the ability to lead a project and be the main point of contact for day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- Seven to ten years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
- Minimum five years of development (hands-on) experience with Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, EPM Cloud), On-Premise Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) required
- Bonus hands-on experience with ARCS, FCCS, PCMCS, EDM
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively
- Skilled in workload management, capable of overseeing tasks of others and providing mentorship to junior consultants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions and recommendations to client issues
- Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred
- Proper U.S. work authorization
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation
- Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel “power user” a plus)
- Ability to provide QA and oversight on larger projects, ensuring project design and delivery is up to PA standards
- Contribute technical knowledge internally and externally
- Advise clients on relevant technical issues for their business
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients, and others to build trust
- Serve as liaison between project stakeholders, functional leads, and delivery team
Qualifications:
