Creand Wealth Management is looking for an HR Manager to join the team at our Miami office (Brickell).

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team at Creand-Beta Capital, a broker-dealer and registered investment advisory (RIA) firm. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with immigration law, payroll processing, and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial services industry.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Payroll Processing & Compensation:
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, bonuses, and commissions.
- Manage compensation structures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market trends.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Work with external vendors to ensure effective delivery of benefits.
Employee Relations & People Management:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and managing conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement policies that promote a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and employee well-being.
Talent and Performance Management:
- Implement performance evaluation systems to regularly assess and develop employee performance.
- Design training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Work with leadership to plan and execute talent succession strategies.
Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws, including labor regulations, industry standards and regulator requirements.
- Keep updated on regulatory changes impacting employment and implement necessary updates to company policies.
Immigration Law Compliance:
- Support employees requiring immigration assistance by managing visas and work permits and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
- Liaise with external legal counsel to address complex immigration matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the financial services, wealth management or investment advisory industry.
- Communication skills in Spanish are required.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, payroll management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with immigration law and employee visa processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with productivity software and payroll systems.
