Our customer is seeking an exceptional results oriented Customer Service Manager to lead, coach, inspire, a diverse Customer Service Team, this will be an onsite position in Grand Rapids, MI.
Here's what you'll do:
- Confirm all purchase orders, inquiries, complaints, returns, and credits are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Assure all product specialists are current with all product categories
- Manage customer price holds in collaboration with the Pricing Analyst and Sales Leadership
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Purchasing teams
- Passion and experience to drive change
- Responsible for creating and monitoring all customer service metrics per each customer's SLAs
- Develop and monitor transactional and performance metrics and plans for improvement
Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration or related field
- 5 years plus experience leading a team (preferably a customer service team in a manufacturing setting)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems
- Order management systems
- Exceptional organizational skills
