Position Information:
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN assists the unit manager in supervision coordination education and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services. The Clinical Educator/Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission values and management of patient care services. The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN is proficient and efficient in all aspects of PACU care and supports the PAT Clinic Pre Op and PACU areas of Surgical Services.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And 1 Year Clinical - Surgical Services Preferred - And Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required - And Leadership Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Required - Within 1 Year of Hire
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, 10am-830pm, 10 hr shifts, variable reg day off
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
Call Requirements:
Management call
