Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan, drive and execute multi-phase knowledge transformation projects for clients using the clients Knowledge Method.
- Provide expert consultancy services to clients including conducting health checks, training, and workshops, evaluating the current environment to identify challenges, and identifying next steps and solutions
- Create customer success stories by documenting value derived from knowledge solutions, and the client’s knowledge transformation journey
- Be hands-on in projects (planning, creating, configuring, testing) from kick-off to successful completion
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of industry experience with a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
- 1+ years of knowledge management or content management experience
- Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be willing to travel extensively (~50%)
