Take on a key role as the Vice President of Portfolio Valuations with our client’s team in Bucks County, PA. You'll manage the valuation of diverse securities for investment firms, including hedge funds and BDCs, while leading analysts and associates in evaluating illiquid investments such as bank loans, subordinated debt, private equity, and structured products.
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000/year + bonus
Location: Bucks County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Vice President, Portfolio Valuations:
- Leadership: Manage and mentor analysts and associates in conducting research and valuations.
- Client Interaction: Gather data through client interactions and assist in building strong client relationships.
- Valuation Analysis: Build and review financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, transactions, and options.
- Reporting: Prepare and review valuation reports, presenting results to clients.
- Research: Conduct industry, company, and market research to support valuation judgments.
Qualifications for the Vice President, Portfolio Valuations:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in constructing and reviewing Valuation models.
- Certifications: CFA/ASA designation preferred (progress towards CAIA is a plus).
- Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
