Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire an Interaction Designer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in Mountain View, CA.

As an Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative end-to-end user experiences that enhance single sign-on (SSO), identity, account creation, and user onboarding experience across web & mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Strategize with cross-functional teams to deliver interactive platform solutions for internal stakeholders and customers
- Translate visions to concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite the complexity of the system
- Create consistent and scalable user flow experiences across web & mobile platforms
- Deliver product design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes that influence an audience by visualizing ideas and concept
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related field
- Working knowledge of designing in Figma, Sketch, and/or the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc).
- Prior experience in single sign-on (SSO), identity, account creation, and user onboarding
- Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in interaction design!
