Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Corporate Functions
Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C Available)
Pay: $70 - $80/hour
Job Overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects to improve corporate applications, including system upgrades, software implementations, and integrations from acquisitions. This role involves working closely with teams across Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, and other business units to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Work with teams from Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and other departments to ensure project success.
- Track project budgets, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on track financially.
- Ensure adherence to internal business standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and lead steering committee meetings.
- Address project challenges and roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.
- Oversee test plans, training, and end-user adoption strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects (Manufacturing or medical device experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of financial processes (Record to Report, Expense Management) and HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Payroll) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
