Spectrum Staffing Group is proud to partner with a leading full-service real estate company in its search for a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time on-site role paying around $75K.
Role Details:
- 100% fieldwork

This role will handle daily maintenance of occupied single-family homes, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs. The technician will also assist the make-ready team with vacant homes, handling lock changes, creating scopes of work, general repairs, vendor quality checks, and lease-up inspections with the local housing authority.
Experience: 5+ years in light HVAC, medium plumbing, light electrical work, handy work, and drywall/leak repairs. Water heater and garage door repair experience preferred.
