In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping employee satisfaction and retention through innovative and competitive benefits offerings, while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage comprehensive benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive benefits position that meets both employee needs and company goals.
Oversee daily administration of benefits programs, ensuring smooth processes from enrollment to life event changes.
Leverage your Workday expertise to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot benefits-related tasks, including open enrollment and system configurations.
Proactively identify new opportunities for benefit offerings that align with both employee engagement and organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing benefits programs within a medium to large organization.
Proficiency in Workday benefits configuration and administration, including reporting and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
