In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping employee satisfaction and retention through innovative and competitive benefits offerings, while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive benefits position that meets both employee needs and company goals.
- Oversee daily administration of benefits programs, ensuring smooth processes from enrollment to life event changes.
- Leverage your Workday expertise to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot benefits-related tasks, including open enrollment and system configurations.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for benefit offerings that align with both employee engagement and organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing benefits programs within a medium to large organization.
- Proficiency in Workday benefits configuration and administration, including reporting and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
