Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with the preparation of materials such as property flyers, offering memorandums, and pitch decks to support overall marketing & sales efforts
- Update and maintain information databases, along with market research
- Provide transaction support to brokers
- Schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries
- Generates standard and ad hoc reports when required
- Gathers supporting documentation to process Brokers' commission payments
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of real estate experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (1+ YOE)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred
