Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of media, including a strength in social media content creation
- Demonstrates an eagerness to understand and capture visual language of assigned brands
- Partners with copywriters to concept and present work internally and occasionally externally
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions
- Generates creative solutions; Uses feedback to modify concepts; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail
- Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. Figma knowledge is a plus.
- Working knowledge of video editing and GFX software
- Proficient in building clean, production-ready files for print and digital projects
- Attends productions under supervision of ACD/CD
- Seeks the mentorship of more senior creatives and creative directors
- Studies the agency process intently and is proactive in gaining a greater understanding
Salary: $45,000

Location: This is a hybrid position. Firehouse is on-site Tuesday-Thursdays in Dallas and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
