This organization is looking for a Senior Counsel, managed care contracting to join their team. This position offers opportunity to grow, work with a great team, and focus solely on managed care. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and handle all managed care payor contracts
- Pre-litigation claim support and analysis is needed for disputes within managed care agreements
- Manage a paralegal shared within the team
- Analyze managed care contract and agreements for fraud and abuse and anti-trust issues
- Manage outside counsel
Requirements
- JD and barred in good standing
- 10+ years of managed care contracting experience
