In this role, you'll streamline operations for our off-catalog software sales process, helping our sales team deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Onboarding: Facilitate seamless setup for our clients.
- Quote Management: Prepare competitive off-catalog quotes, ensuring the best pricing and swift responses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and marketing teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Address partner concerns and ensure quick resolution to foster strong relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Push for enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
