The Open Enrollment Specialist position provides internal support to the Employee Benefits Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers for clients' open enrollment needs.

General Responsibilities:
- Assist account managers with pre-renewal process
- Create client open enrollment guides per Account Executives' request
- Refine open enrollment materials to ensure all annual notices are include for compliance purposes
- Prepare materials for delivery to client open enrolment meetings
- Attend and Lead client open enrollment meetings (virtually and in-person)
- Consistently meet all Brown & Brown established quality control procedures and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Employee Benefits insurance experience preferred but not required. Minimum of 1 year in an office working environment required.
- Associates degree preferred but not required with appropriate work experience.
- Health and Life insurance license required.
- Proficient with management operating systems that support insurance sales, tracking and service.
- Bilingual preferred

- $25-$30/ Hourly. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
