We currently looking for our next VP- Executive Recruiter within our Corporate and Investment Banking division. The Corporate and Investment Banking division at Madison Davis specializes in placing professionals within a wide variety of industries such as Investment& Commercial Banking, Crypto & Blockchain, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate, Insurance, Fortune 500 companies and start-ups with placements in sales/trading, origination, asset management and direct leading. At Madison Davis, we go above and beyond related to both outreach, and initial candidate vetting process to ensure the accuracy of talent backgrounds that correlates to each position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Source, engage and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and more
Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews
Conduct comprehensive reference checks
Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required
3+ years of post-college experience within the banking/finance industry
3+ years of Recruitment
Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed
Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
