Role and Responsibilities
Our advisors build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them to achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning. Your expertise will span risk management, estate planning, investment and debt management, retirement planning, and more. You will have the flexibility to specialize, lead teams, or collaborate with other top advisors, aligning your career growth with your personal vision.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience
- Entrepreneurial drive and ambition
- Proven success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
- Strong time-management and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Compensation Averages: (Uncapped Potential)
- Year 1 = $50,000+ (Take advantage of launch program during year 1 earning up to $29,500 on top of commission earned)
- Years 2-5 = $100,000+
- Years 5+ = $300,000-$500,000+ (Let's discuss!)
