We’re seeking a Field Events Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth tech startup! In this role, you’ll collaborate with key sales and marketing stakeholders to execute targeted marketing plans and drive field marketing events. Reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing, you will help execute strategic event-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Field Marketing Strategy to meet and exceed BU level targets.
- Plan and run a mix of virtual and live events, including workshops, executive events, industry-specific events, and 3rd party events.
- Drive registration and attendance for field events to meet pipeline generation goals.
- Manage lead flow into Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for optimized conversion.
- Ensure programs are executed on time and within budget, reconciling expenses with Finance.
- Share best practices and consistently optimize field marketing programs to increase conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in event management (1-3 years in field marketing events).
- Experience working closely with sales teams and managing event-driven pipeline targets.
- Budget management experience for event series.
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com, Asana, and marketing automation platforms (MAPS) for building emails, lists, and landing pages.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
