Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Architecture Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential architecture and project management, with a proven ability to lead projects from initial design through to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality residential designs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of residential projects, from design development to construction completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications and company standards.
- Manage project schedules and resources, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and overall project success.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure cohesive project execution and adherence to design intent.
- Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and team members to review progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of necessary documentation, including building permits, contracts, and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and quality, conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform project decisions and design solutions.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in residential architecture project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Active architectural license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
