Tiello has partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in North Los Angeles in their search for a project manager to work on large-scale Multifamily projects in Los Angeles.
The Project Manager will be a company representative and will serve as a point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and company personnel on construction projects throughout the many phases of project development and execution.
- Manage the relationships with the project owner and architect.
- Manage an individual project, or multiple projects concurrently, depending on assignment.
- Directly, or through subordinates, manage the project schedule, project contract documents, change management, project cost management, project records and documentation, and meetings with project stakeholders (owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, etc.).
- Work closely with company support departments (e.g. Accounting, HR, Safety, Quality Assurance, etc.) in the execution of project work to maximize success.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Construction experience in ground-up/new-build construction spaces, specifically as a Project Manager.
- Multi-family experience is REQUIRED.
- Vertical construction experience.
- Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
- BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
