We are seeking an experienced CRM Consultant with technical expertise in HubSpot and CallRailto diagnose, repair, and optimize our current CRM systems. This role requires a professional who can provide immediate solutions to stabilize the system, as well as long-term strategies for optimization and sustainable functionality. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and improved user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic & System Review:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of current CRM systems, focusing on HubSpot and CallRail integration.
- Identify system breakdowns, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate data flows, integrations, user adoption, and any functionality issues.
Short-Term Fixes:
- Provide immediate technical support to address critical issues.
- Implement quick fixes for high-priority system malfunctions or bottlenecks.
- Ensure the systems are functional and accessible for the sales team in the short term.
Long-Term Strategy Development:
- Develop a long-term strategy for system optimization, including data integrity, automation, reporting, and future scalability.
- Recommend system enhancements and integrations that align with business objectives.
- Assist in defining and refining workflows, pipelines, and processes to maximize efficiency.
Implementation & Customization:
- Customize HubSpot and CallRail settings to meet the unique requirements of our sales and marketing teams.
- Implement automated workflows, lead management processes, and reporting dashboards within HubSpot.
- Ensure CallRail’s call tracking and lead management integrates seamlessly with HubSpot and other sales tools.
User Training & Support:
- Conduct user training sessions for the sales and marketing teams to improve adoption and ensure proper use of CRM features.
- Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create detailed documentation of current system settings, changes made, and future recommendations.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of system fixes and long-term improvements to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and CallRail.
- Proven experience in CRM audits, system optimization, and integration projects.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and system administration.
- Ability to diagnose complex CRM issues and develop both immediate and long-term solutions.
- Experience with sales pipeline management, lead tracking, data management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and train end-users.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot Certification (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or CRM Implementation) preferred.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
- Previous work with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRMs is beneficial.
