This an opening for an Intellectual Property, Technology, and Commercial Transactions Midlevel Associate Attorney at the Seattle office of an AmLaw 50/Vault 50 firm.
Work closely with some of the nation’s most renowned partners in this practice area who will provide active mentoring and encourage you to share your natural enthusiasm, innovation, imagination, and entrepreneurial spirit. As you develop your practice, you will have the opportunity to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

Duties:
- Product development and licensing, supply chain and logistics, and marketing and advertising issues;
- Hardware and software, consumer and B2B, SaaS, AI, data and privacy, and acquisition and exploitation of technology and IP;
- Mobile technology, telecommunications, patent, and other types of licensing, and regulatory compliance; and
- Drafting and negotiating agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Licensed to practice law in Washington
- At least 3 years of experience in the IP, Corporate, Technology, and/or Outsourcing practice areas
