🔹 As an Entry-Level Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Assist in site selection and tenant representation

🔹 Qualifications:
✅ Texas Real Estate Sales license
✅ Must live in and have deep knowledge of the Houston metro area
✅ Strong interest in restaurants, hospitality, and real estate
✅ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
✅ Self-motivated, ambitious, and highly organized
✅ Responsible, trustworthy and honest
✅ No experience necessary – we will provide training!
NOTE: This is a full-time position with a fully commissioned compensation structure, and we expect our agents to earn a six-figure income after 18-24 months. Candidates should have 9-12 months of living expenses saved before applying.
