The Sales and Marketing Director at Lorien Harmony Hall is responsible for building and maintaining occupancy by guiding seniors and their families through the sales process while keeping a pulse on local market conditions, growing potential referral sources to impact lead generation and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move in.
In addition to driving occupancy growth, you will be instrumental in business development, forging strategic relationships within the community to generate new leads and expand our referral network. By partnering with healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations, you will position Harmony Hall as a leader in senior care and ensure long-term growth and sustainability for the community. Your proactive efforts will directly contribute to expanding our presence in the market, enhancing our reputation, and achieving our overall business goals.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends as needed)

Responsibilities
- Conducts tours and represents the community to potential residents, family members and guests
- Fosters relationship building and maintains a good rapport with community professionals which generate resident referrals and admissions in order to meet census building initiatives.
- Maintains community occupancy and knowledge of available apartments
- Achieves occupancy goals and annual budget projections.
- Reviews facility philosophy, policies and procedures and admission agreement.
- Coordinates all paperwork and necessary logistics for future residents
- Business development to include daily usage of CRM and external marketing
- Maintains CRM on a daily basis
- Ensures prompt and professional response to internet-based referrals from CRM.

- Planning and executing quarterly marketing
Qualifications:
- Experience in Senior Living Sales: Previous experience in senior living, healthcare sales, or a similar field.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to customer service and empathy towards seniors and their families.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, meet sales goals, and generate new business.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with prospects, residents, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Senior Living Regulations: Familiarity with regulations, policies, and procedures in the senior care industry.
- Technological Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and marketing software.
- Experience in external business development
