The Member Enrollment Representative is responsible for generating new leads, presenting the healthcare model to potential clients, nurturing leads through webinars and onboarding processes, and contributing to the growth of new opportunities. The role involves various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and webinars, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and leveraging those relationships for new group development.

Essential Job Functions
- Generating a continual pipeline of leads across all 50 states.
- Responding to prospects through various communication channels, including chat and text.
- Setting up and conducting webinars and in-person presentations.
- Developing referrals and contacts with potential clients.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing member questions and concerns.
- Maintaining relationships with existing group leadership and leveraging them for new group development.
- Providing recommendations to retain memberships and improve services.
- Logging interactions in tracking systems (Salesforce & HubSpot).
- Collaborating with other departments and assisting as needed.
- Upholding the organization's Core Values and Mission Statement.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of prior sales experience (2 years preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in using computers, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivation and teamwork skills.
- Conflict resolution skills and willingness to seek guidance when necessary.
Working Conditions
