International Benefits Specialist
We are currently seeking a self-directed individual to join our Corporate HR Operations Team. The International Benefits Specialist will provide a full range of HR support to our global HR team. This role will be responsible for overall employee onboarding, transaction processing, and international benefits administration. This role will be part of the team responsible for implementation, communication, maintenance and processing of the company's benefits programs including group and individual health, disability and life insurance, and more. Focus also includes data integrity, audits, and compliance activities.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Administer international employee benefits programs, enrollments and billing. Support the global benefit plan renewal process.
- Coordinate receipt, auditing, processing, and tracking of invoices related to international Benefit plans
- Interact with other business functions (Payroll, A/P, Legal, etc.) to resolve specific employee benefit issues.
- Liaise with external brokers, vendors and providers to resolve employee issues.
- Complete benefit onboarding and offboarding and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ongoing maintenance of benefit communication materials on company intranet.
- Ensure accurate data entry in Oracle HRIS.
- Provide basic reporting and data analysis using Excel.
- Research and coordinates resolution of missing or incorrect data.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification/Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years working in Human Resources with an international benefits focus. Data Analytics, experience also preferred.
- Both domestic and international benefits administration experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and set operational priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization and follow up skills with ability to identify and solve problems.
- Self-motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Vlookup and Pivot Tables preferred.
- HRIS experience required. Oracle HRIS a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential data with appropriate sensitivity and security.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
