Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Loan Administrator to join our growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Boarding loans to construction management tracking tool(s) including all key loan details required including balancing of funds
- Initiate welcome calls and emails with the Customers and Dealer/General Contractors (GC) to level set expectations and advise of construction management tracking tool(s) available
- Schedule follow ups in construction management tracking tool(s) based on timing communicated by the Dealer/GC
- Communicate with Partners, Retailers and Third-Party vendors. Maintain client relationships and provide superior customer service.
- Manage all draws after initial draw is completed including invoice payments
- Evaluate property appraisals to ensure accuracy and appropriateness relative to loan and improvements for construction completeness
- Monitor if extensions to the construction period should be filed and prepare/file extensions
- Order inspections to confirm completion of work through various stages of construction, ordering surveys where required, and title endorsements when necessary
- Review purchase agreements throughout the construction period for monetary changes and immediately escalate any noted changes after closing at each draw interval
- Ensure all construction funds are balanced, actual costs versus projected costs, before the loan converts to a permanent loan
- Evaluate if a is modification are required including drafting, managing execution with borrowers, Dealer, and sending for recording
- Prepare the loan package for sale to the investor and send package to the Investor when applicable
- Any other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2 plus year’s Construction Loan Administration experience preferred
- Loan origination and construction management platform knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of the Manufactured Home Industry preferred
- Must be able to Multi-task in a fast-paced fluid environment
- Must have strong work ethic
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong mortgage related mathematic skills
Compensation Range: $25.00/hour -$27.79/hour
