Office & Logistics Lead (Full Time)
Job description
IN PERSON ROLE - DENVER, CO (RiNo District)
The Position
Luggage Forward is looking for an independent, detail-oriented, and reliable team member to assemble mission-critical customer shipping packets. This role will sit on the Luggage Forward Logistics Team and be the first hire for our Denver office. As a member of our team, you’ll assist us in meaningfully impacting the success of our business and help us improve the way people travel. You will also be responsible for future hiring and management of a growing packet support team.
Customer shipping packets are how we provide shipping documents to our clients and are the only physical touchpoint we offer. It consists primarily of reviewing client bookings for accuracy, processing these bookings, assembling packets, managing office supply inventory, and other assorted tasks associated with the Luggage Forward process as needed. You will work closely with the Luggage Forward Logistics team as well as with external vendors including commercial shippers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and partnered couriers and port agencies throughout the world.
