Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing businesses in labor and employment law cases.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in Florida
