Product Support Technician - Entry Level
As a Product Support Technician based in Miami, you will be responsible for providing customers with in-office support, troubleshooting, and solutions for our EV tractor equipment. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics while demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning.
- Provide expertise on proper maintenance and operation procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with distributors to address support-related inquiries promptly.
- Analyze and assess distributors feedback to improve troubleshooting support and refine parts identification.
- Conduct training sessions on client products for distributor personnel on effective troubleshooting, operation and usage of virtual tools.
- Coordinate and follow up on new equipment commissioning with distributors.
- Assist our distributors in the identification of parts needed for maintenance and repair.
- Traveling up to 0%-15%.

Requirements:
- General Diesel Engines Knowledge.
- General Electric Schematics reading and interpretation.
- General Hydraulic Schematics reading and interpretation.
- Microsoft Office Package.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to work in a small team.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
