Detailed Job Description
New Process Ownership:
- Become a subject matter expert on the new 1GP process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (process maps, flowcharts, guidelines, etc.).
- Ensure consistent understanding and application of the 1GP process across ENG.
Implementation and Rollout:
- Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan for 1GP across ENG.
- Lead training and certification programs to ensure all engineers are equipped to follow the process.
- Conduct pilot programs to test and refine the process before full-scale rollout.
Change Management:
- Assess the impact of the new process on existing workflows and identify potential challenges.
- Develop and implement a change management strategy to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ENG teams throughout the implementation process.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with stakeholders across ENG, including team leads, managers, and individual contributors.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into process improvements.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the new process.
- Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Recommend and implement changes to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
