The Factory Superintendent is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing campaign shift operations to ensure the factory meets its process and maintenance performance standards. This position also involves managing inter-campaign maintenance resources to guarantee factory reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee and direct campaign shift operations, ensuring all processes meet established performance standards.
- Maintenance Oversight: Manage inter-campaign maintenance activities, ensuring all resources are effectively utilized to maintain factory reliability.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor factory processes and maintenance activities, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and maintenance activities.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on factory performance, maintenance activities, and any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of factory processes, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
