As the leading brand disrupting the digital product space, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and client-centric Mastermind Onboarding Expert. This role is essential in providing high-capacity leverage and support, serving as the primary point of contact for new students to ensure a seamless transition onto our platform.
The Role:
We are seeking a Mastermind Onboarding Expert who embodies our brand's ethos, equipped with effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for facilitating meaningful client experiences. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about simplifying complex concepts and ensuring seamless onboarding journeys for our diverse clientele.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Expertise in Presentation and Persuasion: Capable of conducting engaging and impactful presentations on group calls, effectively validating and re-anchoring clients' decisions to purchase, thereby enhancing client commitment and satisfaction.
- Objection Handling: Skilled in identifying, addressing, and overcoming objections that may arise during group onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth and agreeable experience for all participants.
- Mediation and Facilitation: Demonstrates strong capabilities in mediating group dynamics during onboarding, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters positive interactions and consensus among new clients.
- Strategic Input on Onboarding and Outreach Processes: Ability to contribute to the strategic planning of onboarding processes, including the development and optimization of email sequences and other client engagement strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of onboarding.
- Decision-Making Contribution: Collaborates with the onboarding team and leadership to provide feedback that will allow us to refine and innovate onboarding strategies and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the enhancement of our group onboarding strategy to ensure clarity and accessibility for all participants through engaging and personalized face-to-face Zoom support.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Success and our contracted technology team to innovate and refine processes, addressing client needs and pain points.
- Translate complex technology into digestible concepts for diverse audiences, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Proactively address and resolve client issues or requests, providing guidance to facilitate clients' progression to the next level of their Mastermind access.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3+ years of experience in client onboarding, sales, client relations, or a similarly focused role
- Proficiency with Zoom, Hubspot & Go High Level are a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in a group setting and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- A strong track record in prior roles that required a client-centric mindset, understanding and addressing clients' needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
- Possesses problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, address inquiries, and resolve challenges, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience in public speaking, sales, or coaching, showcasing effective communication, engagement, and influence.
- Ability to work remotely in the US. Candidates who live in Phoenix, AZ and are able to work on-site at our Mastermind HQ in Scottsdale preferred!
