We are partnering with our Seattle, WA digital agency client in their search for an Account Director to nurture relationships with large, B2B technology clients. This is a hybrid role and can sit in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA. As the newest Account Director on this team, you will blend the best of account management, strategic growth and business oversight, keeping an eye on strategic goals across agency offerings and partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving new opportunity within existing accounts. You'll be a subject matter expert on the agency's capabilities, and will be involved in resourcing, optimizing workflows, and managing teams. To be a fit, you should bring 5+ years of agency accounts experience with a track record of people leadership. Experience working with B2B technology clients, ideally at the enterprise level or similar, is absolutely required for this position. A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and agency space is also required. Additionally, you should be passionate about consistently exceeding revenue expectations and overall growth.

Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with some potential flexibility for the right fit. You will:
- Serve as a senior-level client resource to large, B2B tech clients, managing relationships locally, nationally and potentially internationally
- Manage a team and develop deep understanding of strengths and opportunities to best align team members with projects and stakeholders
- Drive growth within existing accounts, identifying opportunities for new services and partnerships, and partnering with teams to pitch and sign new business
- Develop direct reports and team members, ensuring team is competent, confident and continuously learning in a supportive environment
- Maintain a global view of the digital marketing and technology landscape to work with client teams and stakeholders in the US and abroad
Your experience should include:
- Agency accounts expertise - ideally 5+ years in client-facing agency work and experience working with large B2B technology companies
- Deep understanding of digital marketing offerings and the stakeholders who are invested in these agency partnerships
- People management experience with a strong track record of resourcing and delegating work
- Passion for revenue generation and growth
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
